One of the things I loved most about Cape Town was the fact that if you want to, you really can be anonymous. This city is so huge that you barely meet anyone known when walking around town. You can do, or wear what you feel like without people judging you. People sing and dance while walking there, how great is that? And strangers dont know where you come from or what your story is. So when you meet new people you can be whoever you want to be and not who your friends or family expect you to. You can make up funny stories or even adapt to new nations. When people were asking where I live I used to tell them that I’m Capetonian. Not only because I was afraid that I’ll get robbed, like tourists get robbed there, but because I was deeply proud to be a part of the whole vibe of the city and I figured that in my heart I am.
im tired of things costing money
